The location abd the hospitality of the staff ,Mustafa was very helpful I was travelling with my parents , my wife and 4 year old twins ,and i booked connecting rooms without my request and realising the connection room will be small as we had luggage aswell, they gave us two big rooms on ground floor, the staff always came on the main door to help us with the twin stroller as it had few steps ,if u in turkey must visit the hamam Mustafa booked that for us aswell with free pick and drop , also one advise book your return taxi to the airport through hotel as it will very convenient and as language is barrier in turkey and hotel staff will sort is out for you its better , when you booking taxim lounge ask Mustafa at the counter and he will sort out everything for you

I recently stayed at the TAXIM Lounge Hotel for three nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the famous ISTIKLAL avenue, the convenience of being able to step out and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant city life was a huge plus. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. A real highlight was the breakfast, which was simply delightful! Every morning, there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect for starting the day off right A special thanks to IBRAHIM, his friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay were truly appreciated. Overall, my stay at TAXIM Lounge Hotel was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

1) Helpful & accommodating staff, good service by reception, housekeeping, concierge and F&B team. 2) Good location - not noisy, stayed at 4th floor, very near Istiklal so easy to make a run to shops, 6-7mins walk to Taksim Metro, 14-15mins walk to Tophane tramway, 20mins to Sishane Metro. Good restaurants available nearby too. 3) Good bfast - we hv had our share of bfast in Istanbul over the years and this is one of the better ones.

1. The location is very near to Taksim square. 2. We liked the hotel very much. The staff are very kind, nice and helpful people. Zelal hanim who works in reception is very kind and she helped us very much. Sezgin bay works both in breakfast time and in the reception. He is very kind and nice and friendly. He smiles all the time and helps everyone. He was very nice and kind to us. He is now our friend! :) Deniz hanim cleans the rooms and does her job very well. She is also very kind and helpful. 3. The breakfast was good and delicious.

The hotel is very good, clean, comfortable with nice location very near to Istiklal st. The rooms is clean with comfortable space The staff make u feel like u r with yr family, very helpful, polite. Special thanks to Mr Mostafa and Ms Zulal The breakfast is very delicious with good variety. Overall it was great experience n sure my next stay will be again in taxim lounge hotel
